Is my appointment confirmed straight away?
No. The form saves a booking request. We must confirm availability, scope and the final price. Your appointment is reserved once we confirm the agreed date and arrival time in writing.
Do I need to pay when booking?
No payment is taken through this form. We will agree your price and payment arrangements before confirming your booking.
Can I request a regular clean?
Yes. Select weekly or fortnightly when you submit your request. Your preferred date is the proposed first visit; an ongoing schedule must be agreed separately.
Which areas do you cover?
We cover Wolverhampton, Telford, Shrewsbury, Walsall, Wellington and surrounding areas. Include your postcode so we can confirm availability for your address.
What should I prepare?
Include the number of bathrooms and any extra tasks in your request. Supplies, access and any specific requirements should be agreed before the appointment.
